This Privacy Policy explains how TTCApp handles personal data when parents, students, and school staff use TTCApp services, including conduct records and related school modules.

2. Data We Process

• Identity data: student number, name, class information, account email.
• Contact verification data: parent phone number, OTP challenge and verification logs.
• Conduct data: conduct entries, remarks, approval status, record timestamps.
• Technical data: device token (APNs/FCM), app version, locale, basic access logs.

3. Purpose of Processing

• Authenticate user identity and protect account access.
• Display and manage student conduct records.
• Send important notifications (for example, newly approved records).
• Maintain service security, reliability, and auditability.

4. Data Sharing

TTCApp does not sell personal data. Data is only shared with authorized school staff and service providers required to operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting, SMS or push notification providers) under appropriate protection.

5. Retention

Data is retained for school operation, legal, and audit needs. Retention period depends on internal school policy and applicable legal requirements.

6. Security

TTCApp adopts reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access control, role-based permissions, and verification controls to protect personal data.
